Tidy Trader

Terms

Short version: pay £19, get the pack, use it for your own business. 14-day refund from your purchase email, no questions. Don't redistribute the files. We're not your accountant.

1. Who you are buying from

Tidy Trader is a UK sole trader run by Pantaleone Ruocco, reachable at hello@tidytrader.uk. By completing checkout you enter a contract with us under English law.

2. What you're buying

A single download of the Tidy Trader Sole Trader Pack (one zip containing spreadsheets and a guide, as described on /product.html). It is a digital product. There is no physical delivery, no login, no subscription.

3. What you can do with it

4. What you can't do with it

5. Refunds (14 days, no questions)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 we are allowed to disclaim the 14-day right of cancellation for instant digital downloads. We don't. If within 14 days of purchase the pack isn't useful to you, email hello@tidytrader.uk from the address you paid with and we'll refund £19 in full. You don't have to delete the files, but we'd ask you politely to.

6. Updates

If HMRC moves a number during the UK tax year you bought for (e.g. a rate changes mid-year), you get a free patch on request, email from your purchase address. New tax-year editions are separate, optional purchases.

7. This is a tool, not advice

The pack helps you organise your books, it is not tax advice and we are not your accountant. If your situation is complex (multiple income sources, property, foreign income, profits above ~£40k, Child Benefit at >£60k) take advice from a qualified accountant. We will not be liable for tax owed, interest, penalties, or losses arising from how you use the figures the pack helps you produce. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Liability cap

Where the law allows us to cap our liability, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this purchase is limited to the amount you paid (the purchase price of the pack). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under UK law.

9. Privacy

See /privacy.html for what we collect and why. Stripe processes your payment and we never see your card details.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we can't sort a problem out by email, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

11. Contact

hello@tidytrader.uk is the only channel. We reply from there.
